YARA Newsletter October 29th, 2021
We had another action-packed month in October, and we the enjoyed mild, dry weather. We continued with our coffee mornings, our regular Heartwalks, the lads learned to make a bodhran and we completed our first five modules of the Digital Training Course.

The weather was balmy in September, and we continued our outdoor activities with coastal walks, opera in Green Park, town tours, river trips on the Blackwater, and a great trip to Dromana House.
Digital Training Programme
In December 2020, YARA, in collaboration with Bru na Si, the local branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, were awarded a combined grant of €6,000 from the Comic Relief Fund. This was issued through the Community Foundation for Ireland to encourage and train members of both organisations in the use of digital communications.
